How are the bikes delivered and do they require assembly?

All bikes are shipped 85-95% pre-assembled in a secure carton. You will typically need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.

What is your return policy for bicycles and accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for bicycle returns, a restocking fee may apply and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Do the bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes, all our bikes come with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects for up to 5 years and components for 1 year. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Can I test ride a bike before purchasing?

As an online-first store, we do not have physical showrooms for test rides. However, we provide detailed sizing charts and a 'Fit Finder' tool to help you choose the perfect frame size for your height and reach.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for qualifying purchases.
