Cervelo P5 Ultegra Di2 - 2026

The 2026 Cervélo P5 Ultegra DI2 five black/black is designed for one thing: helping you get from point A to point B as fast as possible. As capable in a triathlon as it is in a Tour de France time trial, it delivers exceptional performance. The last decade has demonstrated the importance of a solid time trial at the end of a Grand Tour, and the P5 contributed to Team Jumbo-Visma's victories at the Giro d'Italia and the 2023 Tour de France. With this model, the goal was to make the fastest bike on the market even more capable. More clearance for tires up to 34 mm improves aerodynamics and reduces rolling resistance. The lower basebar optimizes air penetration while offering more adjustability, and the extensions can now be tilted from 0 to 30 degrees in five-degree increments. Designed with triathletes in mind, the P5 offers several storage options, essential for managing your supplies and ensuring a solid marathon.

Simplicity and adjustability

The one-piece front panel, inspired by the S5, facilitates assembly and adjustments. The height is adjustable up to 40 mm while the Basebar is lowered by 10 mm to reduce the frontal surface. The Risebar allows a tilt of 0 to 30 degrees in 5-degree increments.

Speed

The frame is about a watt more aerodynamic than the old model. It can accommodate 34mm tires and the Reserve 77/88 wheels with 29mm Vittoria tires. The combination allows for a total gain of about 5 watts compared to the previous Reserve/ Vittoria configuration.

Comfort and control

The elbow rests and pads are wider, taller, and thicker, providing increased comfort and stability. A larger contact surface improves control and allows you to stay in an aerodynamic position longer.

Tolerance

The fastback seatpost design reduces vertical stiffness by approximately 22%, while maintaining the lateral stiffness needed for power transfer. Less physically demanding, it allows you to arrive fresher in T2.

Integrated power sensors

Both the Red and Force builds include Quarq Zero power meters integrated into the bottom bracket. This integration improves stiffness, reduces weight, and provides +/- 1.5% power measurement accuracy, even with temperature variations.
